Tropical Storm Josephine (2008), it was tenth storm of Atlantic hurricane season 2008. At first it was assumed and declared as tropical depression and later it gained intensity. It was weakened by outflow of hurricane Ike and dry air. This led to lessen the damages as they were very minimal.

Hurricane Ike, it was ninth storm named as Hurricane Ike and was the most desctructful hurricane which emerged on U.S. It was also the third big hurricane of the Atlantic hurricane season 2008 which was a Cape verde type hurricne. Ike caused major damages which resulted in loss of life and property.
